Why do we ask?
Your two-month bike growth plan helps us pre-position supply, plan rider onboarding and align fleet financing with your growth. Months are pre-filled based on when this survey was sent — you can adjust them if your ramp-up differs. Enter only the NEW bikes you add each month — not your total fleet size.

Under TGA regulation, delivery bikes may operate for a maximum of 4 years. We need to know how many of your bikes will cross the 4-year limit soon so we can plan replacements together and keep your fleet compliant.

To maintain your long-term target, you must meet the following conditions throughout the tracking period. Failure to comply may result in your target being adjusted or reverted to the standard monthly allocation.

| 3 | Operational Continuity | Remain active with no termination or warning status. No serious compliance, quality, or service violations. |
| 4 | Capacity Commitment | Demonstrate real execution toward your committed capacity plan — including rider activation, attendance consistency, and supply stability. Targets are commitments, not aspirational numbers. |
