Terms & Conditions to Maintain Long-Term Targets

To maintain your long-term target, you must meet the following conditions throughout the tracking period. Failure to comply may result in your target being adjusted or reverted to the standard monthly allocation.

#	Condition	What is Expected
1	Performance Stability	Maintain "Good" or higher quarterly performance rank throughout the tracking period.
2	FR% & DC% Stability	Maintain your Face Recognition Rate (FR%) and Driver Card Rate (DC%) at or above the level recorded at the time of selection.
3	Operational Continuity	Remain active with no termination or warning status. No serious compliance, quality, or service violations.
4	Capacity Commitment	Demonstrate real execution toward your committed capacity plan — including rider activation, attendance consistency, and supply stability. Targets are commitments, not aspirational numbers.
